By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Parcel Contents

Each parcel contains a curated selection of stationery, accessories or artworks based on the type of mail subscription you are subscribing to. Contents may vary from parcel to parcel.

Photos shown are for illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated. Colours may slightly differ from promotional images.

Dispatch Schedule

Parcels are dispatched according to the schedule shown on each listing.

Order cut-off date will be announced on my Instagram (Sticker Babies), and Viber channels. Orders placed after the cut-off may be moved to the next available parcel.

Spoilers & Announcements

A preview of mail contents will be shared via social media during the months prior to dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination and postal services and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Address changes must be requested before the dispatch date. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may incur additional postage fees for reshipment.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges imposed by their local authorities.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited-edition and curated nature of my mail subscriptions, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before each cut-off.

If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or significantly incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so i can assist you.

Substitutions

In rare cases, an item may need to be substituted due to production issues or stock availability. Any replacement item will be of similar style and value.
